Phase 1: Research
This project required lots of in depth research. The way I approached this was through mind maps, analyzing travel websites and applications, and getting all my own experiences down  on paper to get a jump on it.
This was the results from the initial brainstorming session. This was without any research, just getting information down that was already known to get started.

Phase 2: Interviews/Surveys
The next phase, moved the research into interviews and surveys to get detailed user data. The previous research as well as the suggested outcomes helped drive the online survey questions, while the responses directly impacted the final design solutions. Interviews with travelers was also crucial, as it gave me more direct insight of their pain points.
Phase 4: Design
After all my research and information gathering, I developed persona's and customer Journey maps for both Economy and Business travelers. After developing those, I identified the main pain points and created digital solutions to solve them.
Phase 5: Final Design
This is the final design I came to after all the research conducted.
